…and a real estate professional for over 13 years, Norberto obtained a Loan Solicitor’s license in the State of Wisconsin in 1997 and has been a licensed broker since 2002. He obtained Employing Level Broker status in 2005.
Norberto is also an experienced manager, having started and successfully operated an independent mortgage brokerage and k-12 learning center serving low to middle income families. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Norberto operates with the understanding that client communication and follow through is the key to satisfied customers.
During his time in the business, Norberto has become a student of creative financing techniques and is very familiar with seller financing, land trusts, lease options, and the like.
In response to the foreclosure crisis sweeping the nation, Norberto has become knowledgeable with loan modifications and other strategies that emphasize the preservation of homeownership. In the event that such preservation is not possible, he is skilled at short sales strategies to minimize the longer term damage to credit and overall financial health that result from foreclosure. Norberto is a Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).
Active in the community, Norberto and his wife Lisa strive to improve the educational outcomes of k-12 students living in El Paso County.
